Responsibilities:
  • Manage a mixed book of commercial lines business, acting as the primary service expert for day-to-day client needs.

  • Oversee all aspects of client service, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional handling of requests and inquiries.

  • Prepare and negotiate renewals and policy changes, supporting the producer in acquiring and retaining business.

  • Review policies, endorsements, audits, and rating documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Analyze and market insurance applications to carriers, selecting appropriate markets and coverage options.

  • Use carrier-specific software to rate and quote new and renewal business effectively.

  • Communicate with clients to assess risk exposures, request endorsements or policy changes, and recommend insurance solutions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; must hold an active Property & Casualty License.

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to use standard business software effectively.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, with a consistent client-focused approach.

Additional Information:

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $75K to 90K per year.
