Purpose of the Role

 

The role involves leading a team of Brand Managers to develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans, ensuring brand consistency and efficiency. It includes reinforcing the Eicher brand platform, enhancing employee engagement, and developing premium merchandise concepts. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and mentoring the team are key aspects.

Retail Marketing & Experience in communication programs for Aftermarket products & services

Area of Responsibility

 

1. Lead a team of Brand Managers, responsible for developing holistic GTM plans and supervising their execution

  • Guiding the Brand Managers responsible for developing effective marcom for various Eicher product & services 
  • Creating the right governance / cadence with the Managers & their respecive Product / Servoces spocs & other internal stakeholders, to drive all initiativesvarious
  • Improve the efficiency of the team by creating / enhancing the relevant pocesses required, to effecitvely roll-out initiatives on-time, within allocated budgets (including vendor, costs, approvals etc)
  • Building the competency of the team by mentoring, identifying training needs and various on-the-job projects

                 

2. Reinforce Eicher Brand Platform attributes (Relevant Modernization, Best-in-class Mileage and Superior Uptime)

• Leading the strategic concepts & GTM plans in sync with buiness priorities 
• Briefing agencies in developing relevant content for 360 deg campaigns  
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders for the relevant support

3. Reinforce the CVP of the various Business Functions across releval touch-points

Understand the business goals and roadmap of the relevant products / services  
• Deep-dive into customer personnas & buying behaviour to unearth insights that match the value-proposition of the product / service 
• Develop relevant multi-media commuincation elements, along with the mmost effective mediums / tocush-points platforms to poliferate them 

 

4. Enhance employee engagement through various IC programs

• Collaborating with HR on development of communication for various employee engagement & welfare programs 
• Enhancement of existing Brand led programs to promote the Brand Platform internally

5. Developing premium merchandise concepts that reflect & bulid the brand imagery

• Development of concepts with the merchandise agency
• Prototyping & listing on Pro Store 
- Promoting the elements across relevant touch-points
