Oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse of our Savannah Branch. Maintain warehouse standards. Promote positive and enthusiastic warehouse environment. Manage delivery schedules. Adhere to operational and safety guidelines.

*HVAC experience is not required but preferred. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven track record of successfully managing personnel! We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who will foster a positive work environment and ensure customer satisfaction. Team player with lots of energy!

• Manage Warehouse operations 
• Train and develop warehouse personnel
• Motivate warehouse personnel
• Create customer value with ultimate customer service
• Reduce customer-oriented mistakes
• Maintain safe, professional working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has exceptional communication
• Has strong management skills and ability to multitask
• Has ability to delegate, but perform the task when needed
• Is customer centric
• Is personable
• Has a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• HVAC industry knowledge preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing employees
• Clean driving record
• College degree preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements: Top of Form

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to load/unload trucks
• Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
• Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
