As Branch Manager you will be responsible for the successful operation of your location ensuring high quality service is performed by all technicians with 100% client satisfaction. You will complete all necessary administrative functions along with providing support and guidance for the service technicians. Your overall compensation plan will include opportunities to enhance your income with bonus incentives for branch performance. Along with providing excellent leadership to the service technicians, you will also provide service and sales to area clients. This role will support our latest expansion and showcase our brand and exceptional service execution to the local area. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead a strong sales effort in the Charlotte extended area.
- Drive unlimited earnings potential for yourself and your service technicians through well-developed sales initiatives and top-notch service execution
- Set up service technicians for success through targeted training programs and continuous follow-up
- Educate service teams and local clients on Aruza’s environmentally responsible products
- Oversight of all company assets including vehicles, equipment, and products, delegating inspection responsibilities where necessary
- Foster team development by encouraging personal growth through obtaining additional licensure and knowledge of all products and services
- Lead branch objectives through facilitation of daily/weekly/monthly meetings and agendas
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction through continuous training, field observation, and client follow-up
- Identifying coaching opportunities
- Drive successful incentive programs with team to drive personal and branch revenues
Requirements
- This is a full-time, exempt position.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes.
- This role may require occasional evening or weekend hours depending on operational needs, seasonal demands, or customer emergencies.
- The branch follows a 'first Saturday' work calendar, and additional Saturdays may be required based on business needs.
- Basic computer proficiency is required, including familiarity with CRM tools, email, spreadsheets, and cloud-based documentation.
- Ability to learn and navigate company technology including routing software, inspection tools, and mobile apps used for field service documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine product handling, equipment movement, or inspections.
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle as part of regular branch operations, field visits, and job site reviews.
- Depending on branch geography, driving may require extended durations—including travel of up to 2 hours or more for regional coverage.
- Field work includes outdoor inspections and site visits that may occur in a variety of weather conditions—including high temperatures, rain, or humidity.
- Must be able to crouch, kneel, or crawl when inspecting confined spaces such as attics or crawl spaces.
- Ability to use ladders to access elevated inspection points including attics and rooflines.
- Capable of entering and maneuvering within tight or dark spaces while maintaining safety awareness.
- Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to dust, insulation, pests, and low-clearance areas during inspections.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in both office and field settings, including variable outdoor conditions.
- May be required to perform pest control fieldwork or job-site visits involving walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and navigating crawlspaces or attics.
- Must possess visual and auditory ability to identify hazards or customer issues on-site.
