PIT Event Marketing Lead (B2C Lead Gen) Company: Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths
Location: Pittsburgh, PA metro (PIT) — field-based
Job Type: Full-time, on-site field role (evenings/weekends required)
Compensation: $45,000–$60,000 base + bonuses (OTE $70,000–$90,000+)

Why this role exists We specialize in residential home improvement, and our events drive in-home design consultations. We need someone ready to step up and own the field for our Pittsburgh events: home shows, retail partner pop-ups, fairs, festivals, and community days. Your job is to keep events running smoothly, make sure leads are qualified, and help coach our reps to hit appointment goals.
This is a hands-on lead role, perfect for someone who wants to be out in the field every day, not behind a desk. You’ll be working events, training reps, and helping deliver the results that keep the business growing.
What you’ll do day-to-day
- Set up and run events like home shows, fairs, festivals, and retail partner pop-ups
- Be the go-to person at events: manage setup, keep the team focused, and solve problems fast
- Help train reps on the pitch, overcoming objections, and qualifying homeowners
- Make sure leads are accurate, complete, and meet company standards
- Handle event logistics: confirm booth setups, signage, and promotional materials
- Track performance at events and report results to the manager
- Be out in the field daily, keeping the energy high and the team engaged
What you bring
- 1–3+ years of experience in event marketing, retail events, or field promotions
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends during peak event hours
- Strong communicator who enjoys leading people and setting the tone at events
- Organized, reliable, and able to keep multiple moving parts on track
- Willingness to travel locally around the Pittsburgh metro area
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Pay, schedule, and perks
- Compensation: $45,000–$60,000 base + bonuses based on leads and event performance. OTE $70,000–$90,000+
- Schedule: afternoons, evenings, and weekends for events, with some weekday mornings for setup and training
