The P&O / HR Coordinator at Nom Nom plays a vital role in supporting daily HR operations across both corporate and production environments. This position works closely with the P&O Team to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, communications, and associate engagement initiatives. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for associates, new hires, and vendors, delivering high-quality HR customer service with professionalism and discretion. This role also includes responsibilities in learning administration, entry-level recruitment, and benefits support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first point of contact for associates and new hires, resolving inquiries and escalating issues as needed to support our HR function.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information and personnel matters.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation scheduling and documentation.
- Coordinate associate surveys, candidate experience feedback, and new hire surveys.
- Support development planning processes with site leadership and associates.
- Administer learning systems and maintain accurate training records.
- Assist with entry-level recruitment activities, including candidate communication and interview coordination.
- Provide support for benefits-related inquiries, annual enrollment, leave tracking and reporting.
- Partners with Operations and Q&FS to facilitate new hire orientation and scheduling of training in areas of GMP, Safety, operational-specific training, Five Principles, etc.
- Organize site-wide engagement activities, holiday events, team-building sessions, and recognition programs.
- Serves as the primary contact for associates on system and policy inquiries, resolving basic issues and escalating when needed; provides feedback-based recommendations to site leadership to enhance associate relations and engagement.
- Manage donation activities and community engagement efforts.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure compliance with site procedures and maintain high service standards.
- Lead office waste reduction efforts and support sustainability initiatives.
- Act as a superuser for HR systems including NetSuite, Paycom, Notion, and Lattice.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR transactions and data entry.
- Assist with HR audits and ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.
- Support additional HR projects and provide coordination across departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or office management
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet tools
