Factory Location: Lee, Florida
Compensation: $24.00/ hour
Schedule: Day Shift
12 hr 2/2/3 rotation or Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process all raw material deliveries, enter goods receipts in SAP according to SOP
- Stage and “check out” materials to production as required
- Maintain FIFO stock rotation assuring production is using the oldest raw materials first
- Maintain general upkeep of the warehouse and raw materials
- Organize any repositions to outside storage- unload it, record it, and make sure paperwork is complete and accurate. Track it to make sure it is returned and used in production as required.
- Enter delivery schedules for raw materials in SAP dock scheduling system
- Notify MRP Supervisor of potential out stocks, over stocks, defective or obsolete material and any other at risk materials
- Conduct inventory counts
- Manage pallet transactions
- Count, weigh, record packages / units moved / handled on daily log sheet.
- Responsible for all paperwork, including POs, BOLs and signed receiving slips, for inbound shipments
- Attach identifying tags or labels, as required, for packages or materials for identification.
- Responsible for receiving, releasing and ensuring delivery of all inbound shipments.
- Inspect incoming package quality and document and information related to receiving inspection.
- Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
- Compare number of packages transported vs. received.
- Support Shipper, Dock Lead and Team Lead as required. Operate a forklift when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of forklift experience combined with prior experience in manufacturing desired
- Exposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferred
- Ability to work self-directed — accomplish daily workload with minimal supervision
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team-based environment
- Ability to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of work
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus
- Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency
- Ability to move/handle 50lbs and get up and down a yard truck/forklift frequently throughout the day
- Able to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as needed
- Ability to work varied shifts including a 12- hour rotating shift, nights and weekends as required
