Experience:

• 4+ years’ experience in yard or vessel operations. Union supervisory experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships.
• Demonstrate proven experience in developing, improving, and streamlining processes to meet operational goals.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and project management related to assigned activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, C-Sight, TID Works, and Blue Yonder.
• Ability to safely operate various types of motorized vehicles; must hold a valid Driver’s License and TWIC.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling; including overtime and on-call status.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Works both inside an office environment and outside in conditions of both high and low temperatures. May be exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially dangerous equipment. Must be able to crouch and stoop to get into areas with restricted headroom and be able to climb ladders. May require extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time.
