Summary: The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair work on production equipment and facilities in order to ensure optimal performance and functionality. This position requires a thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems.

Expected Salary Range: $33.00 - $45.00/hour + $1.00 shift differential for night shifts
What’s Expected of the Maintenance Technician II position?
Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment and resolves intermediate to complex issues around machines and equipment.
- Repairs and reconditions hydraulic/pneumatic systems (airlines, solenoids), as well as electrical equipment/components
- Maintains, repairs, and modifies conventional equipment.
- Installs plumbing, air, and electrical utilities necessary for machine operation.
- Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts.
- Adhere to and complete work within the 5S standards, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines.
What you bring:
- 4 years of applicable experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Advanced experience and knowledge of electrical and mechanical applications.
- Advanced experience with, and the ability to use of a variety of hand and mechanical tools for equipment repair.
- Advanced root cause analysis experience.
- Proficient technical and systems experience, including CMM systems experience.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Ability to work every other weekend, and ideally, able to work nights as needed.
- Safety focus with a willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
