FFP, a prominent provider of food and beverage ingredient solutions, is in search of a proficient CIP (Clean-in-Place) Operator to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our production equipment and pipelines, a vital aspect of maintaining our product's quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards. We seek a meticulous and seasoned professional capable of thriving in a high-speed manufacturing setting.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of sanitation chemicals and usages
- Good organizational and safety skillset
- Chemical Hazard Training Certificate
- Competent understanding of CIP procedures
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to walk/stand up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of operators and leaders
- Ability to monitor and operator HMI panels
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, crouch, climb, push, and pull up to 12 hours per day
- Able to lift up to, and including, 75 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced wet environment
