About the Program:
GSHS is are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable coach to continue our program’s momentum.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the girls golf program, emphasizing skill development, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence.

• Plan and conduct organized practices, focusing on technique, strategy, and mental preparedness.

• Foster a winning culture while prioritizing the development of student-athletes both on and off the course.

• Coordinate team travel, tournament entries, and logistics for the season.

• Collaborate with the athletic department and community to support the program’s success.

• Uphold CHSAA and school athletic policies, ensuring player eligibility and academic accountability.

• Engage with families, alumni, and local supporters to enhance the program’s visibility and impact.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience (high school or higher preferred).

• Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, course management, and tournament preparation.

• Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Must pass all background checks and adhere to school district requirements.

Salary Range: $4521.00-$5606.00 depending on paid experience.
