Work Arrangement: This position requires the candidate to work on-site in Muscatine, IA four days per week, with the option for one remote day.

What We Need

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Muscatine, IA. In this pivotal role, you will support the advancement of supply chain capabilities by driving standardized processes, project management excellence, and collaboration across the enterprise. This role works closely with category managers to build and maintain standard work, improve supply chain consistency, and support cross-functional initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to optimizing supply chain performance and fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and suppliers.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate supply chain projects that span multiple teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, document, and promote standard work procedures and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Partner with category managers and business teams to implement process improvements and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Monitor supplier engagement activities, including sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Support reporting and metrics tracking using tools like Power BI and Excel to help stakeholders monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between business partners and technical teams, helping translate organizational needs into actionable project plans and standardized processes.

What You Have

  • 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, or related business functions, with exposure to process improvement or project management.
  • Experience in developing standard work, process governance, or operational best practices.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft tools such as Excel and Power BI to support reporting and stakeholder communication (advanced technical skills not required).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus; ERP implementation experience is desirable.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and foster partnerships across all levels.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exposure to sustainability programs or supplier outreach initiatives is highly desirable.
