Under general direction of management personnel, assists in maintaining facilities. Does related work as required.

Equivalent of the completion of the twelfth grade. Possession of a valid Class C California driver's license, and maintain a good driving record. Three years experience in building maintenance. Six months grounds keeping experience preferred.
