Financial Specialist Shared Services I en Plexus

Job Description:

• Purpose Statement: The Financial Specialist I contributes meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of financial processes to optimize operational efficiency, ensure accuracy in financial transactions, and collaborate seamlessly across departments, ultimately supporting the organization in achieving its financial goals with excellence and compliance through the Shared Services Team. They are responsible for maintaining customer and site financial transactions and processes by implementing process standardization and/or automation to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results, under direct supervision.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Gathers data from and aligns with site finance teams to perform transactional financial processes.

• Develops tools to support process standardization, bringing site processes to a centralized environment to increase efficiency.

• Develops and executes reporting for site use in the assessment of customer, factory, site, or regional financial performance. Prepares reports in user-friendly formats to aid in decision-making and analysis of parts contribution and other material analysis.

• Uses common toolsets such as UI Path and PowerQuery to develop process automation for centralized processes and transactions which are repeatable and data-based.

• Performs financial analysis and provides manufacturing operations with financial and non-financial related metrics. Key metrics may include LCM, Labor OP, scrap, work order aging, work order variances, inventory aging, and material variances (inventory valuation).

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.

• 1 year of related experience is required.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

• Advance English

Other Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Google Workspace is required.

• Experience with or expertise in financial systems is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements: Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
