Position Title: Associate Specialist, Learning and Development

Job Purpose
This role will report to the L&OD lead based in the APAC region. The individual will support the global L&OD implementation and will support all learning initiatives.
This position will work as part of a dynamic L&OD team to coordinate, record & overall administer programs & processes in alignment with the HR strategy at APLL. Specifically, this position will support APLL’s L&OD initiatives to be smoothly implemented & executed.
The areas of focus include but not limited to, L&D Process Management, Administering the Global Learning Hub, Reporting & Continuous Improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the learning needs analysis for facilitating appropriate learning experience to close performance & skill gaps.
- Maintains the learning solutions for a diverse set of learners (e.g. instructor-led, videos, online courses, quick reference guides, job aids, performance support etc.)
- Facilitates pre and post-training administration for L&D, including monitoring employee/attendance data; Curate dashboard for training feedback.
- Manages the corporate LMS system.
- Support creation of learning engagement materials including but limited to visuals/artwork, including EDM and PPT templates.
- Administrate the performance management annual cycle including training the Human Resources Business Partners.
- Support the coordination on implementation of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, hire and retain talents.
Skills Sets:
- Relevant experience in administering on-demand eLearning and performance support.
- Proficient in coordinating activities & ensuring smooth delivery of learning initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global team across different time zones and manage one's time.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and partnership focus. Proven ability to build relationships, trust, and rapport, as well as impact, influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
