Position Title: Senior Supervisor II - Data Governance

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Supervisor of Data Governance is responsible for the implementation and operational 

integration of Microsoft’s AI-related infrastructure tools—Purview, Priva, Compliance Manager, and Security 

Copilot within Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc.(TTC) The role ensures that data governance, privacy, 

security, and regulatory compliance are maintained across AI and cloud environments, in alignment with 

HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable U.S. healthcare regulations. The role includes responsibility for 

project management, supervision of staff, and all related administrative duties.

Salary Range: 

$99,632.00 to $130,686.40 annual salary / DOE

CATEGORIES OF DUTIES

1. Data Governance 

• Assess organizational needs and regulatory obligations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, OCR).

• Align Microsoft AI tools with enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.

• Define use cases for each application across clinical, administrative, and IT domains.

• Configure Microsoft Purview for data classification, DLP, and sensitivity labeling.

• Set up Microsoft Priva for privacy risk detection and data subject request automation.

• Deploy Compliance Manager templates for healthcare regulations and map controls.

• Integrate Security Copilot with existing security tools and workflows.

• Connect tools to Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party healthcare systems (e.g., EHR platforms).

• Automate compliance assessments, privacy workflows, and incident response processes.

• Monitor AI interactions, data usage, and security posture using dashboards and alerts.

• Detect and respond to privacy violations, insider risks, and oversharing incidents.

• Use compliance scores and risk insights to prioritize remediation efforts.

• Generate audit-ready reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators.

• Maintain documentation of configurations, control implementations, and incident logs.

• Support periodic audits and regulatory reviews with evidence management.

• Educate staff on responsible AI use, data handling, and compliance best practices.

• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for IT, compliance, and clinical teams.

• Promote adoption and continuous improvement of AI governance tools.

2. Responsible for hiring, supervision, and evaluation of specified staff.

3. Supervises relevant vendors and service providers.

4. Other duties as assigned by Director and/or Administration.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business, public management, or information management or equivalent 

experience. Three (3) years in healthcare field with experience in drug abuse treatment preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATES: 

None required.

dependency.
