Marketing Specialist en Kaufman Dolowich LLP

Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a nationally recognized law firm recently named one of the “Best Companies to Work For – Law Firms.” We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the firm’s marketing, communications, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing proposals and presentations.
• Support business development activities including client alerts, sponsorships, and conference coordination.
• Plan and coordinate client events (in-person and virtual), including logistics, invitations, vendor management, and on-site support.
• Oversee the development, ordering, and distribution of promotional items and branded materials.
• Draft and edit marketing materials, press releases, and social media posts.
• Coordinate with attorneys to prepare pitch materials and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to support firm branding and events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience (law firm or professional services industry preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills to work with attorneys and staff at all levels.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Target Hiring Range: $50,000 – $75,000
