Senior Operations Analyst en FLORIDA UROLOGY PARTNERS LLP

Description

Florida Urology Partners is looking to expand our administrative support team and is in need of a Senior Operations Analyst. The Senior Operations Analyst shall report directly to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Florida Urology Partners, LLP. 

The Senior Operations Analyst will be directly responsible for providing financial and operational analytical support through the preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports, drawing from multiple data sources. This individual will play a key role in ensuring leadership has timely and accurate insights into operational and financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and overall organizational efficiency.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Prepares, analyzes, and distributes standing operational and financial reports, drawing from multiple data sources including EPIC, Qlik, BI platforms, Tableau, QS1, et. al.
• Supports the EVP/COO with recurring and ad hoc data requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborates with clinical, financial, and operational teams to ensure alignment of reporting with organizational goals.
• Provides recommendations based on data analysis to support operational efficiency and financial performance improvements.
• Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across reporting systems.
• Identifies opportunities to improve reporting processes and implements best practices in analytics and visualization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in EPIC, Qlik, BI platforms, Tableau, QS1, et. al.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide actionable recommendations from data insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Professional Experience:

• Prior healthcare experience, required.
• Experience preparing reports and analyses from multiple data sources, required.
• Experience in financial and operational analysis, required.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, or closely related field, required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, or closely related field, preferred.

Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred.

Software:

• Electronic Medical Records (EPIC required).
• Business Intelligence tools (Qlik, Tableau, BI platforms).
• QS1 (preferred).
• Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit for 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
