Responsibilities:
- Handles loaner fleet and assists customers with paperwork and documentation.
- Serves as used car advisor to assist sales department - creates repair order, coordinates with technicians, and communicates vehicle service needs to Used Sales Manager.
- Engage with and assist customers with their requests.
- Receive payments by cash, check, credit card, debit cards, or gift cards.
- Efficiently operate computer system to process payments.
- Maintain correct balances on all transactions.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Communicate company policies and procedures to customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Valid driver’s license
