Accounting Clerk en Dan Pilson Auto Center Inc

*Process the daily service and parts deposit and reconcile all relevant schedules

*Assist the Controller with Accounts Receivable duties as needed; sending statements, receipting payments, reconciling schedules, and assisting with collection efforts.

*Handling of all internal service and parts documents by allocating them the correct cost accounts.

*Maintain "we owe" schedules by reviewing posted transactions for accuracy.

*Process extended warranty cancellations online and refund customers.

*Print new car invoices for the inventory department, and enter into accounting.

*Cross train in vehicle billing and provide back up as needed.

*Assist Accounts Payable with document scanning, and other various scanning tasks.

*Assist with various filing duties.

*Ad hoc projects.

*$18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education requirements:

*AA in Accounting or 2 years or more relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience.
