Role: The Marketing Consultant would play a strategic role in enhancing the property's visibility, guest engagement, and revenue across its gaming, hospitality, and culinary offerings. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters team work and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. SKILLS/QUALIFICATAIONS:
- Experience in casino or hospitality marketing.
- Strong understanding of Las Vegas market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Creative direction and content development skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments (casino ops, food & beverage, HR, events).
- Must be 21 years of age.
- 5 years of Marketing Management experience, preferably in the hospitality/service/local gaming industry.
- Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of leadership team and outside counsel.
- Must be able to multitask, possess excellent communication and pay attention to detail.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, journalism, business management/administration or equivalent experience (required).
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Analyze and optimize current direct mail programs, including inner/middle offers and drive-and-fly offers. Review segmentation and re-investment rate by tier and provide recommendations based on the comp set.
- Review six months of historical results and recommend testing strategies for improved performance.
- Strengthen facility hotel marketing efforts to increase visits and occupancy from the casino database. Utilize best practices from the industry to allow us to book additional room nights.
- Work with the marketing and player development teams to fully optimize their usage of the OPTX program.
- Support optimization of the player development team, ensuring tasks are aligned in the OPTX program and tied to incentives.
- Lay out six-month strategic calendars focused on player growth across all segments (1,000+ play, high-end play, and lower segments for cost efficiencies).
- Build a special events calendar for the next six months.
- Assist with the property rebranding to the Resort at Summerlin.
- Assess the marketing team’s current performance and recommend improvements.
