Team Lead, Order Services - Glucose Contracts en Nova Biomedical Corporation

Nova Biomedical is hiring a Team Lead, Order Services - Glucose Contracts in our Lexington Rd, Billerica, MA facility. The Team Leader will coach and train a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide an outstanding customer experience, ensure that all domestic sales and analyzer consumables orders are processed accurately within the agreed upon SLA, research and provide solutions to customer issues and provide a high level of customer satisfaction, provide insight into team�s performance on a regular basis to the team supervisor, interact with internal customers on a variety of situations, issues, and provide creative problem solving, act as a back-up for Domestic Order Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Have a customer centric mindset, be able to see situations from the customer�s point of view
• Process orders received via email and EDI in SAP
• Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
• Process credit cards
• Act as back-up for team supervisor during times of absence
• Generate all meter reporting and analytics
• Resolve customer issues
• Create new customer accounts in SAP
• Satisfy customer requests for price quotations
• Monitor analyzer consumables order flow
• Train all new and existing analyzer consumables representatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong customer centric character
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English, computer literate
• Ability to train new and existing team members
• Education/Experience: High school diploma. 3-5 years of related experience
