Job Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.
The Global AML, and Onboarding Operations (GAOO) Enablement Business Support Management role drives meaningful strategic engagement and communications projects in partnership with executive leadership and business partners. The role focuses on effective communications, planning and events, fostering engagement and creating content with other duties assigned.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Drive the strategy and implementation of executive and business updates across GAOO in support of divisional priorities.
- Proactively manage the GAOO communications channels and partner to promote GAOO success Enterprise-wide.
- Support teammates in developing senior level materials including executive leadership presentations.
- Act as the team editor-in-chief in support of communications throughout GAOO, Procedures and Training projects.
- Lead special projects across GAOO Enablement and coordinate select senior leader events.
- Implement the employee engagement strategy in partnership with GAOO Engagement leader.
- Act as a mentor and peer-coach to teammates.
The teammate is expected to be a subject matter expert and foster strong relationships within and across Global Operations, focusing on building relationships with key business partners, GAOO managers and team members. The position calls for an energetic employee ready to drive high-level, proactive planning and has great attention to detail. Successful candidates demonstrate enthusiastic adaptability to changing demands and acts as a self-starter.

- 5 or more years of professional experience
- Proven ability to establish and develop interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively with multiple levels of the organization, cross-functional teams, and across global work locations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor
- Adept at balancing multiple and competing priorities; outstanding organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
- Ability to engage in complex projects as either project manager or member of project team
Desired Skills:
- Has an in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes
- 4 plus years of combined experience in business support management, Communications, Employee engagement or project management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
