We're looking for a friendly, adaptable Floating Teller / Member Service Representative to join our Southern district team. Your primary location will be Grafton, WI, with the flexibility to support other nearby branches. This position starts at $19.00 per hour plus a $1.00 floating premium.

What the Role Involves

In this member-facing position, you'll be the welcoming face and trusted resource for those we serve. From handling transactions to recommending services, you'll ensure every experience is positive, accurate, and helpful.

Your Key Contributions

• Assist & Educate: Provide guidance on financial products and help members work toward their financial goals.
• Achieve Goals: Strive to meet performance benchmarks with efficiency and professionalism.
• Ensure Accuracy: Follow compliance and security standards while handling accounts and transactions.
• Communicate Clearly: Deliver excellent service whether in person, on the phone, or online.
• Manage Cash Safely: Balance and maintain your cash drawer with care and attention to policy.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with math and basic computer skills.
• Experience working with people; cash handling and sales is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for branch travel
