Account Manager en SSW Advanced Technologies, LLC

Location: Remote (50% travel required)

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Appliance Component Account Manager to join our team.  

Job Description:

The Appliance Component Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, overseeing project execution, and supporting new product launches. This role requires a strong background in project management, NPI (New Product Introduction) management, and product management. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working remotely with a willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and supplier meetings.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the appliance industry.
• Lead and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication among stakeholders.
• Manage the new product introduction process from concept through delivery, ensuring timely and successful launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market trends.
• Drive account growth by developing strategic plans and engaging proactively with clients.
• Travel up to 50% for customer visits, industry events, and strategic meetings.

Qualifications:  

• Demonstrated experience in project management, NPI management, and product management within the appliance or related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively remotely, managing multiple priorities independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
