TVC Production Coordinator / Junior Producer en Fin Design + Effects

FIN is an award-winning VFX and production studio creating high-end TV commercials for leading brands and agencies. Our Sydney studio is home to a slew of talented artists and producers, delivering world-class campaigns seen around the globe.

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Production Coordinator/Junior Producer to join our growing TVC team in Sydney.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our artists and producers to deliver high-end TV commercial projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all stages of production and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you grow.

Role Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in the TV / Advertising industry (commercial or VFX experience preferred)
  
• Excellent communicator with a friendly, approachable and proactive personality
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Solid understanding of post-production workflows, VFX terminology, aspect ratios, image sizes, and codecs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Confident liaising directly with clients, directors, agencies, and internal teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, and any Project Finance Tracking Software
• Bonus points: Experience with industry-standard production tools (e.g. ShotGrid or similar task trackers)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team with the day-to-day production of TV commercial projects from pre-production to delivery.
• Providing administrative support to Producers, VFX artists and Supervisors.
  
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and clear communication
• Collaborating closely with in house Producers and VFX teams on these tasks:
  • Assisting the Production team with bidding, scheduling, invoicing and project reconciliation support.
  • Assisting with all WIP sends, client approval files, tech check / QC and consolidating feedback to ensure smooth delivery of client deliverables.
  • Preparing and sending shots / Edits to external vendors
    
• Collaborating with artists and crew to discuss best practice for projects and respective workflow to ensure projects run smoothly internally and meet client needs & demands.
• Provide support to ensure a high level of Client service for any attended sessions including Directors, Clients, Agencies etc.
