Graphic Designer – Work Winning Team
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our collaborative Work Winning team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with technical skills in Adobe InDesign, a passion for visual storytelling, and a commitment to excellence in design.
As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the development of high-quality proposal documents and presentations that reflect our brand and support our success in securing new projects.
Hybrid role
Responsibilities:
Format and enhance proposals using Adobe InDesign, integrating content from Word and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve PowerPoint presentations for clarity and brand alignment.
Create and update infographics, diagrams, and visual assets.
Maintain and update bid libraries, templates, and other design resources.
Use Adobe Photoshop for basic image modifications.
Consistently apply company brand guidelines across all materials
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries.
Ability to collaborate effectively, respond to feedback constructively, and follow design direction.
Willingness to learn new tools and software (e.g., PowerPoint).
Organized and methodical design process, with regular progress updates and a proactive approach to feedback.
A portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical design workDesired Skills
Microsoft PowerPoint.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and collaborative platforms such as SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
Prior experience in an office-based graphic design role.
