Role Summary
To play a key role as a member of the Aftermarket team in maintaining and developing the MANN-FILTER and WIX Filtration brand in the UK and Ireland Aftermarket.
Main Tasks
- Supporting our distributors in the Aftermarket to ensure organisational growth is maximised.
- Handling customer requests and queries on a day-to-day basis and providing them with a prompt and efficient service.
- Manage a Key customer account, acting as contact with procurement team and sales operations.
- Attend trade shows and work outs with key customers.
- Present and offer training to garage owners and technicians across visits and trade events, ensuring best practice when promoting MANN-FILTER and WIX brands.
- Analysis of spend / customer trends, ensuring stock management and cleanse process delivered as per contract.
- Prepare reports / sales activity logs as per department needs.
- To influence and assist in the development of the Company’s approach to the Aftermarket Division.
- To maximise the potential revenue for the Company’s products at agreeable margins.
- To act as the Company’s “eyes and ears” in the marketplace and to provide our Company with relevant information and data on market developments within the Aftermarket business.
- To assist in the creation and execution of short and long term plans for the business.
- The preparation, presentation and execution of proposals for new customers including pricing, marketing and logistics.
- Actively interact and engage with workshops in the promotion of the MANN-FILTER and WIX brands.

- ITG/National Trading Group knowledge and understanding.
- Active knowledge in the UK Aftermarket for AM spares.
- Previous experience in a similar Sales role essential.
- Literate and Numerate
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to grow with the Company and develop themselves through a mixture of work experience and training to be eligible for promotion within the future
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good negotiation skills
- Must be flexible in approach to working hours
- Must live within reasonable travelling distance of allocated sales area.
- Regular travel within the UK and Ireland
- Travel to Mann+Hummel global organisations as required.
- Must accept a non-smoking environment.
- Overnight stays required where applicable.
- Must working within set procedures and to all Health and Safety Regulations
