Competences:

• Monitoring of plant processes.
• Monitoring of safety and production standards throughout the production process of the transformed area.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of the safety, quality and production control standards of the transformed area.
• Management of Safety Gemba walks.
• Share with the rest of the plants aspects that contribute to the improvement of processes in the industrial group.

Requirements:

• Degree in industrial or chemical engineering.
• Experience of 3-4 years in industrial environments (plant).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• High level Office package.
• SAP knowledge.
• Teamwork.
• Data analytical capacity.
• Experience and knowledge of process improvement tools (5W2H, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, FTA, PDCA, 5WHY)
• Sense of responsibility, organization, team management, initiative, flexibility and decision making.
• Residence in the area of action.
