Job Summary:

Responsible for onboarding, payroll related customer service, assisting payroll supervisor, compile reports from ADP, assisting in accounting tasks and filing, setting up direct deposits, W-2 annual responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, AA Degree preferred

Experience

  • Up to two years of previous Payroll processing experience preferred
  • Experience working in a professional business environment
  • Knowledge of ADP, (similar size large scale) HR systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel- intermediate level)

Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration

  • Notary a plus

Job Duties

Essential Duties

% of Time

  • Process direct deposits and pay cards for all employees as needed
  • Prepares and distributes weekly detail payroll reports to management
  • Responds and resolves all internal payroll inquiries
  • Manage onboarding distribution in ADP
  • Onboarding for various seasonal Mission Programs
  • W-2 Distribution, reissue and research
  • High volume customer service calls 
  • Filing, administrative record keeping

  • Serve as payroll backup for payroll supervisor absence.
  • Special Project & other duties as assigned
