Starting Pay: $17.75+ (pay is reviewed after 90 days) 

Are you a detail-oriented individual that enjoys working with customer files behind the scenes? Do you want to work for a company that cares about your future? As a Customer Information Specialist in Warsaw, IN, you will:  

  • Validate, maintain, and update customer files.
  • Assist customers and employees with banking relationship information. 
  • Accesses and validates documents generated during new account opening. 
  • Provide branch personnel with guidance pertaining to the documentation requirements of various types of account ownership.   

Basic Qualifications Include:  

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of functions of teller/sales system is desirable.
  • Ability to learn and understand regulations pertaining to deposit accounts required.
  • General administrative and clerical skills.
  • Proficient personal computer skills including intermediate use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 (flexibility to work 7:00-4:00 on specific days of the week)
