The following position is open for bid:

                                         Oakwood Manor Elementary School

                                                        Facilities Manager

                                                   Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm

                                       Pay rate: $20.50 plus your current step

The Human Resources Department will post internal available custodial openings on the district home page. You must complete the internal application to be considered for this vacancy.

Oakwood Manor is a one level building with a multipurpose room that serves as a cafeteria and a gym. The building has two courtyards and a large office area that also houses the food service department. The building has a mixture of tile and carpet floors.

The facility manager is responsible for an eight hour and a two-hour custodian at night. The facility manager is responsible for a small run in the morning and all inside and outside building care which includes mowing and snow removal. The facility manager will be responsible for the processing and accuracy of the payroll, supply budget, reports, personnel and any other duties associated with a manager position.

Persons applying for this position must have a good attendance record, practices good safety procedures, motivated, responsible, have the needed leadership abilities and is able to keep this building to the standards expected by the school district. Supervisor experience preferred. The Facility Manager will be under the direct supervision of the building Principal Kacey Crum and Director of Custodial Services.
