Own the customer lifecycle post-sale: onboarding, engagement, retention, upselling, and renewal. Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Develop and implement account management fundamentals %26amp; strategies that support Land Transportation Pillars. Partner with sales, operations, and carrier sales to deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers. Use data and KPIs to monitor account health, identify risks, and drive performance improvements. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, supporting revenue growth through account expansion. Report on account performance, customer satisfaction, and team metrics to senior leadership. Ensure all customer activities and communications are accurately tracked in CRM or TMS systems.%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E

Past experience leading a team is preferred. Experience in the brokerage/logistics/3PL industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of freight, transportation modes, and supply chain dynamics. Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, forecasting, and process improvement.
