What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver training for AT&T wireless and broadband products, services, and processes
• Create engaging, well-structured training materials and presentations that align with organizational goals
• Facilitate dynamic training sessions both in-person and virtually, keeping participants motivated and informed
• Adapt quickly to changing offers, products, and systems, ensuring training stays accurate and relevant
• Communicate confidently and clearly with all levels of the organization—from frontline agents to executive leaders
• Support the design, scheduling, and delivery of courses across multiple platforms (webinars, classrooms, blended formats, e-learning)

What You Bring

• Deep knowledge of AT&T wireless and fiber broadband internet (preferred)
• 3+ years of training deliv
• ery and curriculum development experience in wireless, high-speed internet, or consumer electronics sales
• Strong writing and speaking skills for business audiences
• A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content
• Experience building and delivering training for sales teams (door-to-door experience a plus)
• Confidence in using web conferencing platforms (MS Teams, Zoom) and troubleshooting A/V setups

Technical Skills

• Required: Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), web conferencing tools, and general A/V troubleshooting
• Highly Preferred: Cloud-based content management and file-sharing experience
• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and audio/video editing software

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Theater/Performance Arts, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Professional appearance and outgoing, engaging presence
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license/insurance, and good driving record
• Willingness to travel for multi-day, overnight training sessions (estimated 1–3 times per quarter)
• Ability to cover travel expenses prior to reimbursement (processed weekly once submitted)
