Position: Telecaller
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 3–5 years (4 years preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects.

  • Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales.

  • Maintain customer records, update CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Explain company’s products/services clearly and professionally.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to achieve retention.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and collections.

  • Resolve customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Telecaller/Customer Care Executive/Sales Caller.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (local language preferred).

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
