What you'll do:
As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll be the hub of operations—ensuring materials flow smoothly, inventory stays accurate, and teams get what they need to deliver five-star experience.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Manage onsite and field inventory to support HVAC installs and service.
- Partner with department leaders to improve stocking and replenishment strategies.
- Lead annual inventory counts and manage all purchasing.
- Use tools like Microsoft Office, vendor websites, inventory software, and (ideally) ServiceTitan.
- Communicate clearly with warehouse, field, and office staff to keep everyone aligned.
- Safely operate forklifts and equipment while maintaining safety standards.
- Assist in preparing and securing delivery loads.
What you bring:
- Experience – 5+ years in inventory management and 5+ years leading teams of 2 or more.
- Tech Savvy – strong with Microsoft Office; experience with ServiceTitan is a big plus!
- Adaptability – works well under pressure and can pivot as priorities shift.
- Leadership – confident in making decisions and operating with autonomy while keeping the team motivated.
- Team Spirit – collaborates well and brings a positive, dependable attitude.
- Physical Ability – able to lift, bend, twist, and handle up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to team members.
- Valid Oregon or Washington Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
