Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote professional development and high performance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules and inventory logs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.

Requirements
Education/Formal Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 2+ years of housekeeping experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
