• Qualification : B Tech Civil / Diploma Civil with Added qualifcation of Diploma in Project management / Contract management
• Experince : Min 8 years within specific experince of 3 years in contract administraiton 

Job Discription: Overall process owner for Contracts management at site level,

1. Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document,
2. Identify, list and inform Contractors obligation towards Client and Client obligation towards Contractor, followed by Monitoring and flagging in time. 
3. Inform HOD on any specific issues concerning Client / Contractor both in particular the risk and opportunities.
4. Cordinate with TL/PM/Site Team and prepare Draft letter/Correspondences with Client on all contractual matters and ensure issuance and circulations.
5. Custodian of Document Control.
6. Prepare Draft letter/Correspondences pertaining to EOT/Extra Item/Change of Scope/Change in Law/Subsequent Legislation/Variation/Force Majeure etc. and take due inputs/approval from HOD for issuance.
7. Prpeare Contract management MIS which includes list/report of all anticipated claims/Claims/determination of Claim/Quantification of Claims and status of each, 
8. Review MPR, IPC and its reconsiliation
9. Effective and efficient Closure of contract agreement with Client
