Shifts: Normally 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. But need to be available to work events which are in the evenings and on weekends.
As a Lot Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming customer service experience for all visitors. Part of providing this experience will include solving issues that may arise and maintaining all general upkeep of all work areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Take steps to assist customers with parking related inquiries
- Traffic mitigation to ensure flow of traffic when required
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ensure work areas is maintained to Impark’s standards
- Report any safety hazards found and any equipment issues, including parking meters
- Assist with parkade patrolling duties when needed
- Must be flexible to work nights Monday-Sunday, Holidays and special events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Have excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- An aptitude for simple math and computer/smart phone skills
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
