For over 95 years, we have been, and continue to be, committed to “Caring about our customer’s business & each other.” Our Commercial Cooking and Refrigeration division provides service, parts, and equipment for commercial kitchens in every venue.
The Operations Manager ensures the smooth operation of all aspects of the Branch. Provides leadership, motivation and direction to all Branch employees. Meets or surpasses the agreed upon growth, profit and return on investment objectives. Ensures the Branch is operating consistent with our “Statement of Values”. Areas of responsibility include sales, outside service, customer service/relations, personnel (hiring, terminations, annual reviews), training, inventory (in-house and vehicle), budgets and data processing. EMR is a drug-free workplace, clean driving record required.

Position Requirements:
- Hands-on Management experience in a repair/service environment OR experience in the service industry
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, excellent people skills, and motivation to grow the business
- Clear criminal background
- Pre-Employment drug screening
