Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, flexible team member for a hybrid Guest Services Ambassador 3 role to support multiple departments at WoodSpring Suites. This part-time position will primarily assist in housekeeping, while also supporting light maintenance and serving as a front desk backup as needed.
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who takes pride in cleanliness, has basic maintenance knowledge, and can deliver professional guest service when needed.
Essential Job Functions:
Position Breakdown:
Primary Duties
Perform housekeeping duties on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
Handle laundry as needed (sorting, washing, drying, folding)
Secondary Duties
Conduct light maintenance tasks, such as preventive maintenance (PM) on rooms on Fridays or as needed
Respond to basic repair requests or report to maintenance for follow-up
Support/Backup Duties
Serve as front desk backup when other team members are out (callouts, vacation, etc.)
Greet guests, check them in/out, handle basic requests professionally
Ideal Candidate
Flexible, reliable, and comfortable moving between departments
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction
Basic maintenance experience preferred
Prior hotel experience (front desk or housekeeping) is a plus
This role is perfect for someone looking for part-time hours with variety in their day-to-day responsibilities.
GSA’s are required to stay on site for their entire shift until relieved. A paid 30 minute meal break is provided in consideration. The meal break is to be taken as available.
