Louisiana-Pacific's Green Bay facility is looking for experienced Machine Operators for its PM shift. NO SWING SHIFT! NO WORKING WITH FIBERGLASS! NO HAIRNETS OR COLD WORK CONDITIONS! Work a 12-hour schedule of 4 days on and then 4 days off in a great team environment where you are valued and appreciated.
Job Purpose
To operate a simple piece of equipment with repetitive functions.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and

- Perform general preventative maintenance.
- Perform minimal set up work with no ability to make process change.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
What do I need to be successful?
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of simple equipment operation.
- Knowledge of general equipment maintenance.
- Time management skills.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability.
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 3 – 6 months experience.
- Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
