Our client, a leader in delivering enterprise solutions across a rich and diverse client portfolio, is seeking a Network (Cloud) Architects and Engineers to design, implement, and optimize performance monitoring and network management solutions across both traditional and cloud environments.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who thrives in client-facing engagements, working closely with operations and architecture teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and intelligent infrastructure solutions.

• Architect and implement robust monitoring and fault management systems for large-scale networks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand infrastructure needs and monitoring solutions
• Configure and optimize tools such as Zabbix, ScienceLogic, Splunk, OP5, and others
• Integrate monitoring platforms with enterprise ITSM tools
• Provide technical leadership across engagements, ensuring client environments meet performance, reliability, and security standards
• Build custom tools or scripts to enhance monitoring and automation (Java preferred)
• Analyze performance data to recommend system improvements and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in network and/or cloud architecture, operations, or infrastructure monitoring
• Proven success in designing and managing network performance and fault management platforms
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, OP5, ScienceLogic) and log/observability platforms like Splunk
• Familiarity with integrating infrastructure monitoring into ITSM platforms (e.g., Jira, Remedy, Cherwell)
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Java development or scripting for automation
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM delivery models
• Experience with SQL-based databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQLite)
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
