Job Responsibilities

Barton & Gray Mariners Club is dedicated to providing its Members with unmatched experiences on the water, operating over 90 Yachts in 33 harbors, and offering a range of products including Day-boating, Sport-fishing, Overnight Cruising, and more. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for fielding inbound sales leads and closing the opportunities.


Primary Responsibilities

  1. Manage and respond to inbound inquiries generated by marketing campaigns, referrals, and website leads.

  2. Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to warm leads, event attendees, and referral contacts.

  3. Host scheduled phone and video consultations to present membership benefits and answer questions.

  4. Qualify prospects, identify needs, and recommend the best membership option.

  5. Prepare, send, and track membership contracts via DocuSign, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.

  6. Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM to track prospect activity and pipeline stages.

  7. Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Business Development on outreach strategies and membership promotions.

  8. Represent Barton & Gray’s brand voice and service standards in all communications.

  9. Collaborate with the team on sales efforts including mailers, e-newsletters, phone calls and other outreach opportunities.

Additional Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years in inside sales, account management, or high-end client services.

  • Confident, clear, and engaging phone presence.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple leads at once.

  • Proficient in CRM database management (Salesforce experience preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and within team environment

  • Experience in luxury brands, hospitality, or lifestyle membership sales is a plus.
