Lion Studios
Lion Studios is a mobile games publisher that works with mobile developers to get their games discovered by players around the world. Headquartered in San Francisco, Lion Studios’ creative and strategy teams utilize their expertise to help game developers break through the noise and grow their businesses.
Role Overview
- Onboard and manage gaming studios with diverse game portfolios worldwide
- Identify promising games and studios in the market, and cultivate strong relationships.
- Lead the full lifecycle of game development, from ideation to launch, ensuring the creation of innovative and engaging mobile games.
- Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics, to inform the product roadmap.
- Align product development with Lion Studios’ strategic and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with the Studio Manager Director on various business development initiatives.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, business development or a similar role within the mobile gaming industry
- Proven experience in the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps, from concept through production and launch
- Strong understanding of the latest trends in mobile gaming
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organisational and analytical abilities
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment
