RSU5 is seeking an applicant for its Gifted and Talented Education (GaTE) teacher position to work with students in grades 6-8. The ideal candidate will have a depth of knowledge in literacy and math instruction as well as the ability to challenge and engage students, both through pull-out small-group instruction as well as push-in classroom support.
 
Please note this is a position which involves teaching full days Monday-Friday. The anticipated start date is upon hire.
 
 
Requirements:
 
Must hold a 690- Gifted and Talented Education certification from ME Dept. of Education.
Position remains open until a suitable candidate is found.
