The Koch Employee Services team is excited to offer an internship opportunity for aspiring IT professionals interested in gaining hands-on experience with collaboration technologies and identity solutions. As an intern, you'll work alongside a global team supporting Office 365 and related platforms, helping us deliver modern IT services that empower employees across Koch Inc. This internship will give you exposure to real-world IT challenges, collaboration tools, and enterprise support processes, while developing your technical and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment.What You Will DoCollaborate with global team members to support and learn about O365 products, including SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform tools (Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI) Assist with administration and troubleshooting of collaboration platforms Learn to apply critical thinking and technical skills to help resolve IT issues in a dynamic environment Help identify common problems and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality Support creation of clear documentation and knowledge base articles to help end users and support teams Participate in responding to customer requests and work to improve support metrics like ticket resolution time and satisfaction Gain experience working with ticketing and incident management tools such as ServiceNow Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program related to one of the following areas: Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related IT field Eligible for full-time employment by August 2027, with expectation to be on-site in the Wichita office Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a Visa transfer or Visa sponsorship Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast-paced learning What Will Put You Ahead Previous IT support experience Exposure to ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar tools At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
