OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
The Access VR Community Based Worker, through the Access VR Work Experience, will obtain a real work experience for up to a total of 320 hours.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
The real work experience will occur in a community setting. Responsibilities will be dependent on tasks assigned in the community placement. Will have opportunity to network in business environments consistent with their employment goal. The Worker will engage with their assigned Employment Specialist and work together to set up the work experience, facilitate with monitoring their progress, and make the arrangements for completion of required paperwork with the employer in order to recieve up to 320 hours of paid work experience.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:
Worker will receive support from his Employment Specialist/Career Coach.
