What to expect
The Programme Manager is a senior member of the Transformation team, role modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.
The Programme Manager will deliver a variety of change projects and workstreams. Responsible for end-to-end programme initiation, delivery and benefits realisation. The role will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous
improvement, and high performance in the teams they lead. Delivering and driving decision-making and outcomes across the Business, our Customers and our Partners.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong leadership skills and experience in driving forward programme change
- Ability to deal with significant levels of business complexity
- A business delivery focused outlook and strong all-round business acumen
- Demonstrable experience of successful delivery of complex business focused change portfolio and programme management
- Experienced at structuring strategic programmes which focus on the delivery of business outcomes
- Wide experience of hands-on agile and waterfall programme management
- Cost efficiency and income generation programmes
- Prince 2 / PMI /APM Project Management qualification (or equivalent)
