Under the direction of the Principal, assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a classroom or other learning environment; assist in the preparation of instructional materials.

Location: Arovista and Country Hills Elementary Hours: 3.0 hours/day @Arovista, 6.0 hours/day @Country Hills Shift: 7:45 am - 2:15 pm (TBD by site) Monday - Friday (9.5 months per year) Sick leave and vacation are earned on a prorated basis at a rate of one day per month. California School Employees Association Agreement Article VI, 6.1.3 states: "Voluntary transfer/promotion requests by an employee for an opening shall be given prior consideration over a new employee." Article VI, 6.3.2 states: "When a new position is created or an existing position becomes vacant, the District shall first offer the opportunity to transfer or to seek promotion to bargaining unit employees."
